Refund & Cancellation Policy
Charter bookings are subject to the terms agreed in your quotation and charter agreement.
Cancellation by client
- 30+ days before mobilization: deposit refundable minus admin fee (typically 10%)
- 15–29 days: 50% of deposit retained
- Less than 15 days: deposit non-refundable
Cancellation by Vessel Charter
If we cancel due to vessel unavailability or force majeure, a full refund of amounts paid or alternative vessel arrangement will be offered.
Weather & operational delays
Offshore operations may be delayed by weather or port authority restrictions. Extended standby terms are defined in your charter agreement.
Disputes
Contact support@vesselcharter.com within 7 days of invoice date for billing disputes.
